"See you not how Allâh sets forth a parable? - A goodly word as a goodly tree, whose root is firmly fixed, and its branches (reach) to the sky (i.e. very high)." Quran. (Sura Ibrahim -14: Ayat -24)

When we say something good or tell the truth under, dire circumstances. We are relieved of our burdens. Allah has compared this to a tree which is firmly rooted and stands high.

If we look at the opposite of a good word, like lying, cheating, backbiting etc. We will not feel secure or confident. Getting caught is all that we are concentrating on, the focus in life changes.
