Satan said....

"[Satan] said, "Because You have put me in error, I will surely sit in wait for them on Your straight path." Quran. Sura-7; Ayat-16

Satan is always ready to misguide us, in every which way that he can.
He puts fear of poverty in us when we plan on charitable deeds...or when we plan to help, he reminds us of all the wrong that person has done to us and when we plan to ready ourselves for worship, he may put lethargy in us and remind us that Allah is the Most forgiving...therefore stop us from worshiping Him.
